  • What services do you offer?
    We have recently expanded and are beyond excited to share our new services! We are grateful to offer a variety of soft play, bouncy castles, large ball pits, wave slides, balloons and have newly introduced our custom mobile activity tables! The activity tables include but are not limited to; - canvas painting - jewelry making (bead bar) - coloring / arts and crafts - sand art - stuff a forever friend and more! Please feel free to reach out with any suggestions or special requests! We'd love to hear from you!
  • What areas do you service?
    We serve all of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut! (Our standard soft play packages can only be rented within 45 minutes of Newport, Rhode Island.) All other services however, can be rented throughout all of RI, MA and CT.
  • How do I secure my date?
    To secure your date, we will send you a contract and invoice. We ask that you email us a photo of the signed contract, as well as pay 50% of the total deposit. The other half wouldn't be due until the week of your event. We are only able to hold a date up to 48 hours after we have sent the contract and invoice. If we have not heard back, the spot becomes available again. Once we have received both the contract and intial deposit, your name will be saved in our calendar!
  • How long is the rental and what if I needed it longer?
    Our rentals are 4 hours, with every additional hour being $50.
  • How does setup and breakdown work? Do I need to do anything?
    We arrive about 1-2 hours before your party starts, depending on how big your package is. We then return once it is over and time for pick up. We ask for an easily accessible parking space to load and unload, as well a clear designated area where the equipment will be going. We will take care of the rest!
  • Where can I set up soft play?
    We set up for both indoor and outdoor events! During the summer months, we offer a tent to cover the play area to protect both the children and equipment from the hot sun. When outdoors, we do ask that the space is shaded, with cut grass (or cement) and is not near any dirt, sand, or fire pits.
  • Can I rent soft play for any event?
    Yes, any event! Birthdays, weddings, cookouts, baby showers, playdates; you name it.
  • Do you do custom packages?
    Of course! Send us your theme or the colors you'd like us to include and we will do our best to match it.
  • What is the difference between the luxe and standard package?
    The biggest difference between a luxe and standard package is size. Our new luxe line comes with a much larger play area that includes custom commercial equipment. They offer a more luxurious feel and aesthetic that our standard packages do not. Luxe packages are for children 5 and under. Our standard packages consist of smaller and less heavy equipment. Setup and breakdown is much faster than luxe and only requires one person on site. Standard packages are for children 4 and under.
  • What are the rules and is there an age limit?
    We ask to please remove shoes before entering. No food, drinks, face paint or anything sharp that could potentially damage our equipment should enter the play area. Parents are also asked to supervise at all times. Standard packages are for children 4 and under, while luxe packages are designed for children 5 and under. Our extra large ball pits and wave slides are perfect for kiddos up to 10 years old!
  • How often is the equipment cleaned?
    Every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized both before and after each event. We use safe and effective products that kill up to 99% of viruses. The balls are also washed after each use to make sure they are ready for the next set of little ones to jump on in!
  • Are there any additional fees?
    Depending on location, there may be a delivery fee. We also require a cleaning fee if the event is outdoors. If your event is not on the ground level and require stairs or an elevator, there may be an additional fee. This will not apply to those who only have a couple of steps to get into a venue or home. With any luxe package, bouncy caslte or large ball pit, there is a $100 damage deposit that we will collect the day of. This deposit is returned immediately after the event, given that the equipment hasn't been damaged in any way.
  • What if I'm hosting an outdoor party and it rains on the day of my event?
    Weather can be tricky! We'll first ask to see if you have a back up plan. If not, we will work together to choose another date and reschedule. It is important to also note that for safety reasons, we are unable to set up our bouncy castles in winds over 15 mph.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations one week or more prior to an event will be granted, however $50 of the initial deposit is nonrefundable. If you end up needing to reschedule or cancel within one week of the event, we are unable to offer a refund, but will work together to reschedule a time that works best for you!
  • Is Little Dream Soft Play insured?
    We are a fully insured company, ensuring the fun and saftey of all little ones! We are also licensed.
